Wine Bottle Stoppers

I was wondering if anyone knew where to get rubber grommets for wine bottle stoppers. I plan on using a glass rod in the middle, but using the rubber grommet to create the seal.

O rings should work.
Once you know the size a chemical or lab supply company should have something.
I'm not sure what materials are rated for food/alcohol.
