I have this mystery glass, do you have any clues?

After taking a 2 1/2 year break from lampworking, I got back to the torch last weekend. Going through my glass stash, I have come face to face with the problems in my storage system. I have 3 pounds of a clear that is marked (from the seller) as No. 28. That is all that is on it. I checked the color charts for Effetre, Vetrofond, Lausha, and CIM. I also checked some boro and czech glass charts, no luck. Any ideas on what this might be?
Thanks- Deb

Is it the ASK clear that Arrow Springs sold? Most of the ASK colors had low 2 digit numbers. If it is, there were a lot of problems with that glass. Perhaps someone else's memory will be better than mine. I seem to remember they sold it at dirt cheap prices because no one wanted it. I might be mistaken though.

I don't remember ordering any of the ASK, but it has been a long time. It does look like AS packaging, so that may be it. Thanks!

Pretty much icicle glass or you could try frit with it, but it
has major compatibility problems fwiw.

OK, guess I'll be having an icicle tree this year. Thanks.
