how very cool using paper punches.. Am going to have to make a run to michaels tomorrow..

Using the paper-punch as an optic mold is so clever. When you said you could get the optic mold at JoAnn's I couldn't figure out what part of the store they'd be in...http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_5_137.gif ... duh.
You can get email coupons from JoAnn's, usually either 40% off or 50% off, just by signing up for their email specials. http://www.smileycentral.com/sig.jsp...p=ZNxpt431PSUS |
Great tutorial! Thanks and Happy New Year!
|

HappY New year!!!:waving: Janet |
Do you think these stores ever wonder what caused the rush on a particular product?
|

|
Laurie...you are so smart. Way to go and think outside the box. Great tutorial.
|
Great looking tut, Helen. ;-)
I had a little flower punch that I took apart. I thought I would use the negative part, you know the part with the design negative to press into a bead and make a raised flower design on the bead. When I put the hot glass into it, it melted right onto my bead. I guess it was made of softer metal than the big ones. |
Laurie,
Your way to smart and creative, not to mention down right generous! Thanks so much for sharing your idea. |
Without getting all controversial and not meaning to stir anything up I say this: This is the reason why I come to LE... the generous sharing nature of it's members. Thank you Laurie for sharing this idea. It's gonna be fun to see where people run with this idea. I'd like to see what people come up with. Thank you.
