Oxygen Generator and Homefill Hookup Questions

Ok so I have an airsep II with the compressor filling 4 K-TANKS all hooked together. My question is are you only supposed to capture the oxygen from the supplied coiled line or can you connect another line to the fitting that would supply a patients oxygen and "Y" or "T" that line in to the line supplying the compressor. I know the patient fitting on the front of the oxygen generator blows out oxygen while it's filling, so, is this just the way its designed or can I capture that oxygen too? It just seems to take forever to fill 4-k Tanks to 1500 psi. The machine has been running all day for 15 plus hours, gauge read 750 psi when I began and now reads around 900 psi. Seems like if I could capture the oxygen blowing out the patient fitting that they may fill faster? Maybe just need a different setup like one of the OMG high speed filler systems, but at $5000.00 it's out of my budget.
Also saw the video from one of the melting pot members which shows his home made system that is similar to high volume oxy system and seemed a lot more affordable to build myself if I can figure it out.

Any experts on the subject here can give any answers or pointers? Thank you :-)

I've never tried using the front and the back together, but I doubt it would give the results you're looking for. The Invacares are persnickety. I know you CAN hook an additional concentrator to it and it works, but still not that great. The best results come with hooking an additional Homefill up. Try it, and let us know!
