Portable Arm Rest

I have a GTT Mirage, I need a way to steady my arm for detail work. And it has to be portable. I teach and help a friend in several studios?

Please send suggestions

I use a 2 black iron flanges and a nipple covered with a scrap of leather.

I took a pic, have to transfer it. Just a sec

Sorry about the grunge. Yikes. lol There is a bit of padding/batting under the leather too. Makes it more comfortable.

I picked up some 3 x 6 x 9 inch 'yoga' blocks at wally world.

What with being able to stand them on end, on edge or lay flat I can combine two of them into just about any height and position I want.

I wound up getting 4 so I can have two for each arm.

My husband took a plastic coffee creamer jug, wrapped it with a layer of quilt batting (for some give) and then covered with denim from an old pair of jean. I can use it on it's side so that it rolls with my arm or stand it up if I need a little more height.

Those are nice, I bet I could set those down and be a happy camper.

Thanks Snoop. I like how they can be shoved out of the way too. Tried those clamp down arm rests and they sometimes got in the way. Thinking of Rustoleum-ing them, the black pipe does rust.
