Minor Torch need help
 

Hi found a deal with a torch and an oxygen concentrator the oxygen concentrator Is a 5 Not a 10 will that work with a minor torch???

That will be fine. You won't get the full amount of heat you can get out of that torch, but it will work. Later on down the road if you can find another 5lpm machine you can connect them both and run the torch to almost its full ability.

This is good to know. I picked up a 5lpm for my 8M with an SM7 and haven't been able to find a super clear answer on here.

I would also add that oxygen concentrators purity falls off a little when you turn them up to their absolute maximum so back the knob off the top end by 5% or so.

I think the numbers run something like 93% ( might be as low as 89% ) pure oxygen at max and 96% at 7/8 ths full throttle.
