help with creating an ad for LE?

anyone willing to share how they went about creating an ad for the top banner here?? I can use a bit of help, I also want it animated(ie 3 "pages" that have different classes I will be having here at the studio)

THANKS!

Photoshop is the best application for that. You do it as an animation with each picture you want as a different frame and then save as a .gif so the animation will play. You can set it to play continuously or a certain amount of time.

Hope this helps ... and if you don't have PS I'm not sure what other apps will do this for you. I've been a graphic designer for 15+ years so PS is the only one I know.

That is the sort of thing I do for a living (well, used to do until I lost my job). I'll be glad to help you with it if you need it. It's pretty simple to do.

PM me or e-mail me if I can help...

But, there are any number of programs that can be used to do something like this. Illustrator would be my first choice, but Photoshop works, CorelDraw, and many others can be used.

\\:D/ Yay for Cosmo! I couldn't have done mine (and it's not even animated...just a simple-as-dirt still-frame) without my 15-year old daughter's help! Pretty lame, right? Bless the little darlin'....

Can't wait to see you flashing up here on LE, Noodie!

Hey Noodles,

Guess we should have asked what program you have to do this in? Do you have Photoshop or Illustrator? If you have either, I'm happy to walk you through the steps of getting this done. Just pm me.;-)
