Olive Mashers
I just received a flyer from Arrow Springs and see that their olive masher is on sale.
If you own this, do you like it? Use it often? Swear by it? Or is it gathering dust in a drawer somewhere? To buy, or not to buy...that is the question. Thanks for your help. |
Kathy,
I'm waiting to talk to Pam because she uses these on her fish - the price looks really nice. I also noticed the DVD set by Smircich at a great price. Barb |
Just ordered them
I just ordered these as well. Had attempted to order them some months back and they were out of stock. I love my barbecue mashers, but really think I'd prefer some curvature on the surface as the barbecued bead looks almost sunken in to me. I always want to add more on the surface. I like hand shaping with tools because I can do it up near the flame and the bead doesn't cool off as much (STILL on a HH!) The price is a big savings. I appreciate that Arrowsprings is featuring a sale on the items they've been out of. Otherwise I wouldn't know they were back in stock.

I have both the small and large olive mashers and love, love, love them. However, I don't think I use them as they are supposed to be used, but I do love them.

Catt also has an array of presses that do the same thing...They are on her website! Paula
