Where can I find 96coe clear?

Help! I've searched every online shop I can find and for some reason I cannot locate any clear glass rods in 96coe.

I make small implosions with 96coe frit encased in clear. I've used Uroboros. Would 90coe clear work?

Are they not going to make it anymore? Says 'first come, first serve while inventory lasts". I better snag some fast!

Uroboros/System 96 rod and cane is gone from the U.S. I believe a Mexican company bought the formulae and are producing sheet glass and maybe frit by now.

I don't know of any plans to make cane or rod for us lampworkers anytime soon. I scrounged my area and bought all I could find. I have maybe a pound or two left and it makes me very sad.

It's more trouble, but you can also use sheet glass cut into strips, or blowing rod, cut into pieces, heated and pulled down.

That is where I would look. If that failed, I would look for cullet at East Bay Batch or Spruce Pine Batch.
