What do I need to cut & polish glass cabochons?
 

I am looking at buying a lap or slant grinder to shape glass cabochons and then polish .... what is the best equipment to use for this? I've been looking at Rio's Dura-Bull Slant Lap system but it's plastic which seems to be cheap. Anyone out there have some advise. Much appreciated. :waving:

Glastar and Covington both make good flat lap machines.

Do these polish as well as grind???
