Getting Closer to Murano
 

I am on my way to Effetre and have stopped in Budapest for a few nights. The last email from my office was that the new accounting system is doing well, there is a learning curve and they are soon to be up to speed. Orders are going out at a faster speed than they were five days ago!

I am very excited that I will soon be at the Effetre factory and then the Vetrofond factory, looking for unique tonalities and maybe some new color. If there are any colors that are new and different, I will be putting together an airfreight that will be back at Frantz Art Glass just about the same time I return from Europe.

So how bad is this 'slight' shipping delay? I placed an order on 9/28 and still haven't seen a shipping notice. Nor replies to 2 different emails I've sent to the factory this week, asking about the order. Are you sure they're not taking vacation while you're hard at work in Italy, Mike? ;)
