I had trouble with the grafite very expensive press paint coating chipping, and they were going to replace it. But this items is month's away to possibly being in stock. It took 9-12 months to get it in the first place. When I called today that I wanted a refund as this has just gone on to long. They not only offered me a complete refund on press and the addition grafite inserts, they are sending me a prepaid shipping return label. Yeah, heads up to them.
