Just opened my shipment. Great prices but....anyone else missing half of what they ordered? I didn't actually get the colors I wanted, the staples that I know I will use. I got only the "well, I'll try it because it's on sale" colors. This is my first time ordering from this vendor and I feel like I've been duped. I know they must be busy, but a heads up would have been nice. I would have liked the opportunity to adjust my order.

They called me and let me know that the black I ordered was sold out but the rest of my order was in tact. Sometimes they have glass up on the site that they don't have in the shop but my guess is ... they're just so swamped someone dropped the ball. You can message Ron, he's really great at responding. Hope this helps.

I had a few colors missing, but I think that they probably got so many people taking advantage of the fantastic pricing that the website couldn't keep up.
With them closing up shop to move in a few weeks and marking their already great prices down even further, I just wish I'd ordered more of what I did order.
I'm sure they didn't do anything on purpose, they're great people.

Thanks Angie and Eileen. I guess with the shop closing and inventory dwindling it was difficult to keep an accurate count of everything. I should feel lucky that I got such a great discount on the items I did receive, but I had that moment of the kid on Christmas morning sitting in front of a big pile of toys that has everything but the one at the top of the list! Oh well, maybe they'll have a grand opening sale for their new store... ;)

Yep, a little sad, but now I can order again soon for the things I am low on & couldn't get. :D

I was also a bit disappointed, because I only ordered to get the striking orange and that was one of the colors I didn't get.
