Glass sayings
 

Hey all, I'm not sure that this fits into this part of the website but I was wondering whether any of you have funny glass-related sayings. I took a class this past week and Lance, one of the owners at Flametree, told me that whenever someone tells him he's going to Hell he says "Great! I'll be blowing glass." I was wondering whether any of you have similarly snarky sayings. :-k

LOL Harry - that is a good one! I recently was discussing having CRS and someone else on here calls it CRAFT disease! I have adopted that one too! LOL

I always tell people I "collect hobbies".

LMAO Katie! I gotta tell dH that one - he has ADHD - this is a whole new take on the ADOS thing!

I am a perpetual smartass. People always ask me what got me started in beadmaking and I say, "when I discovered rubber stamping just wasn't dangerous enough..."

and we all have that shirt that says, "you will get cut, you will get burned", right? :-)

I need a tshirt: "Will melt for money."

There's also "Pyromaniac At Play"... I've heard others but will have to search for them, they aren't coming immediately to mind....

and we all know that "frit happens".

There was a whole pile of these sayings in the Bathroom here a year or two ago. I know one of mine was, "It's not the size of the torch, it's how you use it".

Hot glass looks like cold glass! (especially boro!)

ADOS is mine also along with "All things glass" and "Gotta melt".

Also learned from Lance at Flametree......."It's either Hot....or it's Not"!

I think I've had it since before the Lowell Gathering, someone named Gary Freed maybe was selling them. Sorry, that's not helpful. But I hardly think it's copyrighted.

Do you suppose it would be alright if I started a zazzle shop with some of these sayings?

Would it be ok, if I offered some of the sayings .. on the sale rack
I do shirts among other things.
