Melanie Moertel had one, not sculptural, but on a base bead.
When I am trying to figure out how to do something, I usually do a search for "-------" cartoon (or sometimes gif, or drawings) to get a basic look, then work from that to find something I can do. Maybe that will help, sorry I have nothing else.

I assume that scaling down from one of the 'Godess' designs and adding butterfly 'wings' of some sort would be the way to go.

You are going to want to make it kind of child proof by making the wings, arms and legs kind of stubby unless she understands how to care for fragile things.

I would search for 'butterfly' instructions and give it a vaguely human torso, head and face.

I would love to see what you come up with.

I hadn't posted this because i don't remember the artist. I got her a while ago and I think the artist was out of Israel. If anyone knows maybe we can look for a tutorial under her name.
