nope...there are separate valves for the oxygen...

nope...there are separate valves for the oxygen and propane for the center and outer fire even though the propane and oxygen source are from the same tanks/concentrators. You can control if it's on...

you don't need a foot pedal...you can simply manually turn on the outer ring. It just makes running a torch more efficient. It's almost as good as adding a hand.
