I've used both and can't tell the difference. It depends on what color is behind it. If it's a dark color, you get orange/yellow. If it's a light color, you get pink.

I have heard about good results from Schott as well. I have not tried it though.

There are several people I know that get good consistent fuming from Simax. I'm not one of them.
