had that happen after years of cleaning beads. Got a new one and now I take it apart in between bead cleanings. That way it dries out before I use it again so rust build up is minimal.

No pictures but only had to heat base of antlers and head to re fuse piece so I guess it didn't make any difference because I didn't had to add glass. I heated everything back up in the kiln before...
