Try some Armstrong sheet glass in black if you can find it. Pull it into fat stringers. Armstrong is 90 COE too. I combine it with bullseye.

If you do not want the collapsed look, just at a small dot of clear. You can get different results depending on the direction you marver it.

I use French vanilla as opaque white as the current batch I have is a really really pale ivory. I also bought the sheet glass of the same number it is much more "vanilla" kinda of a light caramel....

Thanks, Marybeth. I got such a great deal on it because the base was the wrong size but it works fine for my purposes. I will try it out next time I torch. :)
