I’ve used dichroic with boro. You do have to work it careful to not burn it out but it works. I got some boro dichroic from ABR and some from Wale Apparatus.

Pulled look

I think I know a way. I try to make a thin across about 1/4" very deep disc, then apply the frit and melt it down till it's 1/2" across. It will give the frit a pulled look.
