I would log into your web hosting control panel and then login to the web mail interface for that particular email address. Make sure that the emails are not going to a spam folder on your server...

My apologies and I can see how that could be confusing. What I meant was I would prefer a gas / tanked oxy rather than gas / concentrated oxy.

I am not yet sure of the differences between the two...
