Ok I miss posted Dale... I blew air through the O2 input of the torch after disconnecting the hose and it was constricted.
It felt like the valve was only open a tiny bit but of coarse it was open...

I took the hose off and blew a small puff of air through the hose and it does not flow freely. (I'm not sure you are supposed to do that) I tried it with my mid-range and a puff of air flows...

Instead of plywood for the box I used foam insulation board avail at Home Depot, Lowes etc. Comes in 8 foot sheets. It cuts with a utility knife and you can tape the sides together with foil tape...

I think he meant put the concentrator in an A/C room and run a hose to the torching area.
That's what I did. I ran a my hose right through the wall and presto I have the concetrators in nice climate...

Right- the regulator is just if you are using a tank. It's job is to regulate the pressure coming out of the tank and bring it down to a useable level. An oxy con has low pressure already.
