He knows that it screws in counterclockwise right...?.....does the regulator have the little notches ? If it's for acetylene it will work for propane.

I've also tried everything anyone has told me about this glass and can only get it go to a liver brown with blotchy navy blue, I guess I got one of the "batch sensitive" bundles. :sad:

I went from a HH to a Bobcat and can tell you that you will appreciate the quiet. As far as the performance of the Bobcat....It's the only real torch I've had so I couldn't comment on how it stacks...
