Maybe, but I used two concentrator a for a long time and had good results. Have you tried slowing down your rotation so the heat can penetrate more?

Yes the Cuda is plenty hot! If you have a bracelet mandrel, it makes it easier.
I have one clamped to my bench and it's easy to get the glass molten and shape around it. Have fun!

I already answered this, but no the alcohol ink will not survive that heat. I don't know about the oil paint, but I doubt it would survive as well.
