Question Kilns, glass, metals, fuming? I need help please?

I have a Paragon SCII kiln w bead door. It is a workhorse for me. I was once told that you shouldn't use a kiln for glass AND precious metal clay firing? I also want to do enameling on copper....

24g wire works well. I've used SS dead soft and colored copper wire and they all do well. The Copper is a bit easier to use. My rod is about 9 or 10 inches and is a little under 1/2 inch.
