I listened to your video. The sound you hear is the relief valve. It is blowing off just like it should. Just before the unit switches, is the highest the pressure gets. When it switches the pressure drops to almost zero. Then it builds pressure again, then switches. I usually have something over the relief valve to silence it. If the unit is working ok, just put a piece of foam or something over the valve to quieten it. jack
