I'm in Calgary, so it is about 7 hours to get to the border, not really doable!
I saw those Kijiji ads, but $1000 is pretty expensive. I am buying a Lucio torch, which I just found out needs a 15 LPM oxycon. That would be $3000 for three of those 5LPMs hooked up together!
I emailed Unlimited Oxygen but he said I have to go through Nortel glass for Canada. There are no prices on their site. I will try phoning tomorrow.
