Default Rotating

I was taught to always rotate a mandrel or rod
towards yourself, since there is no way you can
rotate it away from yourself without hesitating and
trying to catch up.
This can cause hot and cooler spots in the glass.
It effects how the glass will blow out if you are blowing
it.
If it has solidified some, or you are just adding some glass to
a gather, then turn it anyway you need to.
