Laserglass, manners don't cost a thing and knowing you are gruff should, as an adult, make you take a step back and think before you post. I try to put myself across in forums as I would wish to be treated, fairly and kindly, as you would in everyday life.
As you have never visited the studio I dont think you are the right man to make judgement, not knowing the power of the system that is in place. A few well directed questions would be better.
Gruff and rude are 2 very different words, with two different meanings, looks like someone needs to check his own grades before dishing an F to someone else.
