Default Trimlett Twisters, wow

I have had these twisters (a tool sold by Heather Trimlett) since before last year's Gathering, and, typical of me, they were so nice I was "saving" them!! Got me what I was saving them for!! Anyway, I watched the video of her working at Corning (on youtube) and it reminded me that they were in my studio.

These things are wonderful!! There might be cheaper options, but these tools are so well made, and elegant, and comfortable that I am in love with them and used them to pull a ton of cased cane and twisties. I'm so glad I stopped "saving" them and actually put them in the flame. They will never leave my bench again and will no doubt last forever. They are very thoughtfully designed, right down to the rubber grip that helps you twist.

Of course, the ends of the tool are Heather's beads, and that is another thing I love, since it is just really pleasing and inspiring to have such beautiful beads around me when I work! I had to gush about this somewhere, and in my day job people would just glaze over and ignore me!! Jeri
