Default Can You Straighten Bent Mandrels?

I have a heap of 1.6mm mandrels (don't ask me what that is in inches, I can never remember! anyway the thin ones) that I was given as part of a bunch of stuff that I bought from a lady who taught beginner lampworking. I think there must be more than 150 mandrels, but I reckon more than three quarters of them are bent . Not badly bent, but just enough that when you spin them, the end doesn't rotate, it makes a little circle in the air, to look at them, unless you looked really closely, you would think they were straight, it's only when you try to make a bead that you discover they aren't .

Obviously having been used by beginners they have had a hard life, is there any way to straighten them or am I just better off to turf them all & buy more? It seems a pity to throw them all out if they can be straightened, but for the sake of $XYZ it's driving me crazy!
