I'll try and help...I have a Paragon SC2BD.
Couple quick questions:
1. What type of glass are you using? (So I have an idea of what you're aiming for in ramp, hold, etc.)
2. What is your current programed schedule? Take me through what you have programed/or how it reads when you turn on the kiln, starting at "Idle". Pressing the up arrow for each stage of the program and tell me what it reads...?
