In reading this thread, it seems that everyone who has dealt with Natasha has had a wonderful experience while those who have had the misfortune of dealing with Daniel have horror stories. It also seems that Danie has been out of the customer service picture until recently-I question what happened to Natasha. (For some reason, I am under the impression that they were m arried but Have no Idea where I got that....*shrug*)
