Ordered a couple of times from this company in UK
http://www.cooksongold.com/ (no VAT for all shipments outside UK). Everything was shipped fast, packaged extremely well, arrived safe.
There are couple of limitations for me (but most probably for you these are not a problem):
1. For some reason in UK (noticed that with at least 3 web-stores) verification of the credit card billing address is a problem if just one single dot, letter or space is placed differently from what is stored for your card with your bank. I do not know if it's the same for all the countries. So I had to use old but still good wire transfer (they do not accept PayPal I normally use to order online
2. Precious metals are forgiven to be sent in postal shipments. This is a "Russian speciality" (I've just deleted some dirty words here), so I can not order this stuff from them, but I hope this is not valid for USA.
