I have found that over time a LOT-if not MOST-of our beads created using their glass have broken or the color have separated and cracked, and yes we properly annealed them ALL! It's really frustrating for me since we put a lot of hard work into out beads only to find this out a long time afterwards. We had ordered a whole bunch or their glass when we started out not knowing any better and should have known you get what you pay for! I love their pinks, but they ALWAYS burned NO MATTER what we tried! I think we got ONE bead out or a few rods worth of pink that actually came out that somewhat resembled the same color and didn't come out brown/grey and that was because we had to turn the heat WAY DOWN and use tools to work it and it wasn't even round We ordered their rod warmer and helped A LOT but we never seemed to need it any other brand of glass! We also ordered their annealer and had to have the first one returned after only using it about 5 times. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe it was just a fluke received the 2nd one and used that a few times and that one crapped out on us as well so we asked for a refund. I do love *some* of their colors that we have not been able to find any where else, like the olive and the Indian Marble, and the metallic black/gun metal I think it is called, are awesome and deff would order again if used on it's own and not mixing with any other colors! I also found that we could not get any of the transparent colors to work with any of the opaques/semi-opaques and the white was very picky are well, almost as if they we not the same COE! Very frustrating!! They had AWESOME customer service and were extremely helpful I will give them that much, but we just couldn't afford to put any more money or time into trying to figure out how to use their products. But we have since stopped ordering from them and been using Effetre and have had no problems since and has been well worth the extra we paid for it, not cracking, no problems so much better!
