Just called USPS - no such thing as air letter post to Canada. The press can go to Canada as a first class international package BUT it weighs 1 pound 9 ounces without a box. I rounded it up to 2 lbs with a box and packing material and that comes to over $20 to ship to Canada by first class international package. I had the zip and could calculate the price myself. I'm going to ask the person in Canada if she want to send me $13 (I will pay $7) to ship to her and if not, I will ship to Pam in Georgia.
