1 cup rubbing alcohol
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vinegar
place in spray bottle.
I use paper towels and haven't noticed a lint problem. I spray/clean each rod before I use it. If I pick up a rod off the table and notice something on it, the t-shirt method is used!
