I use the pvc square fence rails too but my dh made a big shelf above my kiln/torch area
I can take a pic tomorrow if I remember. It holds alot of glass, not full BUT alot of glass for me.....The post above me in my opinion has TONS of glass.........I could sit and stare at it all day!!
