If you are going to go back to using an ox con within a couple of hours, always leave your oxygen knob open on your torch when you shut your torch and concentrator off.
There can be enough back pressure still in the concentrator to cause the circuit breaker to pop when you turn in back on in an hour or so. This back pressure is more than the internal compressor can overcome and it doesn't start turning. The locked compressor will pop the breaker within a few seconds.
Leaving the oxygen knob open on the torch relieves this back pressure within a few minutes.
