I know how you feel about asking. Diane has replaced lost issues when my computer crashed. I am now on my third computer (don't ask) and no way am I going to ask for a third shot. Although, like you stated, Diane would probably do it. At some point I just need to own up to the computer glitch being more owner defect than anything else.
