As long as you are having a separate line run you might as well go to 20 amps.
It's not that much more expensive, involves all the same amount of work and if you later decide that you want to put a light bulb, radio or personal fan in the other empty outlet you won't have to reinvent the wheel.
ETA: There is a phrase in metal working "Better to be looking at it than looking for it".
