Tuxedo makes a good black stringer unless it is hair fine. I like Oxblood, a TAG silver glass. It's stiff and you'd never guess that it strikes to a perfect dark black. It doesn't bleed easily either. Terrific stuff and my go to when the rest just won't do. LOL.
But once my heat control got better, I found that Tuxedo does really work well for most things (and a lot less $$)
