We had even less this time and the box actually looked good. I think they didn't like getting nailed for those odd lots they broke the last time. All of our Frantz orders come looking like that. They really need to use heavier boxes for the 20-30 pound orders. The UPS guy was complaining about the last one almost falling apart. Luckily they do wrap the glass well and we have had very little breakage.
