Schott used to make tubing in the 90COE range but pretty sure it's no longer made. Also Glasskolben (sp?) are a...not really a tube but a bubble attached to a blow pipe, usually for making ornaments, but I've seen hollow sculpture made with them. Pretty sure they are in the 90 to 92 COE range. Plus I'm vaguely remembering something about clear neon tubing being in the same range but after a quick search I can't find the COE of neon tube.
