Much of the tubing is coated with phosphors, but you can still get clear and colored glass that is uncoated in diameters from 6-25mm. I don't recommend trying to buy it with the phosphor and trying to clean it out. The phosphors are baked on and however hard you try, some will remain and cause troubles with lampworking maneuvers.
