It's nice that Paragon responded here but I don't think that this really has addressed the customer's issue by just saying sorry. Maybe he should have worked harder to improve the situation so that another customer doesn't have the same experience. Customer service is key to me and when I read of an experience like this it makes me think twice about buying Paragon. Glass is a very expensive hobby and kiln buying is one of the biggest purchases.
