Ok I took the housing off and the big wheel part seemed stuck so I forced it around and it started spinning freely after a bit. So I plugged it back in and got it running with the big wheel moving then it started squeaking then it would cease up again. the squeak almost turns to a grinding noise then it stops again. The belt looks good any ideas.
