An hour and a half should work two if you want to be really conservative. I just ramped some toadstools up to 1050 over about 1.5 hours no problems.
Again a copy of Contemporary Lampworking (all three volumes) is your best friend. He really takes the time and goes into the why's and how's of annealing and the appendix in the back has a full set of charts.
