Yes Natasha, please discontinue using poly batting for packing. It collects tiny pieces of glass and when unpacking the rods, the glass shards fall everywhere. Also, I did not find a receipt in either of my orders. Are you including receipts that list box contents and charges? Other than those two issues, shipping is fast, price is great, lovely glass and personal service is outstanding. Looking forward to purchasing lots more of your glass! Kathleen (KAS)
