I just want to thank all of those who've posted opinions here and say that I value all of the feedback people take the time to share about my tutorials, whether it's positive or negative. Obviously I appreciate it when those with criticisms make the effort to express them in a kind and considerate manner, but it's important to me to know how people think the publications can be improved. So in my mind, it's all good, and I sincerely hope that all of those following this discussion and contributing to it feel welcome to be honest about their opinions, whatever those opinions are.

Still exploring the options for high-res and printed versions, and will keep everyone posted.
